MN HOSA: Learning, Competition, Service

Many High School educators make MN HOSA – Future Health Professionals an integral part of the their health science curriculum. It gives your student/members the chance to challenge themselves in areas of interest, build leadership skills and gain confidence to succeed in their career goals and be a part of the health care systems as one of the highly qualified healthcare workers.

Students who participate in Minnesota HOSA gain knowledge about and professional experience in a wide variety of healthcare professions — often provided by industry partners. Students hear guest speakers on a variety of healthcare issues and careers, tour medical facilities, prepare for competitive events and join in community service projects.

Your students will also have the opportunity to travel to and compete at state and national conventions, making a network of friends and colleagues you may run into throughout your career.
