Course Syllabus:

This comprehensive capstone Medical Anatomy and Physiology course focuses on body functions and how they relate to body systems. The intent of the course is to help students excel in future health care programs of study. The course is aligned with several biology core standards and national healthcare foundation standards.

Students have the opportunity to gain greater knowledge and skills in medical terminology and common human diseases and disorders. Critical thinking is developed through lab and clinical experiences typical of real life settings, while allowing students to integrate academic and experiential learning.
